Invest with ABB

America’s Best Block (ABB) is offering a private placement to individuals interested in investing in the launch of a new business venture that will be the first manufacturing facility to produce autoclaved aerated concrete (AAC) blocks in the USA. ABB was incorporated in the state of West Virginia in 2015 to manufacture and sell autoclaved aerated concrete block. The first manufacturing facility will be in Beverly, West Virginia, followed by facilities in the 5-state area including Ohio, Pennsylvania, Maryland, West Virginia, and Virginia. The Beverly facility is located on a twenty-seven (27) acre site with a 100,000 square foot manufacturing plant. The existing 27-acre property has ample room for expansion to accommodate manufacturing facilities for panels and cladding production. ABB will be the first facility in the USA to utilize fly ash as a major aggregate in its application to manufacture light-block. Utilizing fly ash will give ABB the LEED designation as a preferred “green” construction material that federal, state, and local governments are mandating be used in constructing government office buildings in the future.

The upside potential for ABB will best be exploited by a business-to-business approach that recruits building professionals, contractors, and distributors into a widely dispersed, competitive industry with game-changing innovation. Educating architectural firms and building developers on the benefits of using AAC blocks, panels and cladding for construction projects not only complies with EPA guidelines, but provide financial incentives including tax credits, grants, and low-cost loans. ABB is coming to the market at the right time with the right product. The future for ABB is promising, and we look forward to expanding our product development through partnerships with experienced established companies in AAC manufacturing.

USDA has approved ABB for an $8M loan guarantee to secure the financing needed to launch the project under the business and Industry (B&I) program. However, ABB will need additional capital to ensure a successful take off for the project. Mr. Hassanein, ABB’s CEO, has extensive experience in construction projects in Egypt, and has partaken in building an AAC facility in Oman. With over 40 years’ experience in projects developed throughout Europe, Asia and the Middle East, Mr. Hassanein envisions opportunities that others fail to see. ABB is just another of those visions where he sees opportunity. In addition, Randolph County and surrounding counties in West Virginia will benefit in two ways: one will be job opportunities, and second will be improving the environment by using fly ash that utility companies are in desperate need to have removed from above ground storage stockpiles. Providing jobs and saving the environment are but two positive impacts ABB will bring to West Virginia.
